Dan O'Donnell
Dan O’Donnell brings over sixteen years of operational, sales and team leadership insight to Accelerator Consulting Group. Upon graduation from Old Dominion University with a Bachelors degree in History, Mr. O’Donnell accepted a commission in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Officer. During his fourteen year career with the Marines, he gained valuable leadership skills, specifically in Combat operations as a young 2nd Lieutenant, as head of operations for the 8th Marine Regiment as a Major and as a commander of a reconnaissance platoon and four separate infantry companies.

Upon leaving the Marine Corps in 1999, Mr. O’Donnell became a Business Unit Director with Kforce Professional Staffing. Mr. O’Donnell’s initial responsibilities were to open a staffing branch in St. Louis, Missouri, but in four short years he was running the staffing operations in the Midwest region for Kforce, including St. Louis, Chicago and Detroit.

In 2005, Mr. O’Donnell took an opportunity with Ultimate Staffing and was named Regional Manager in Houston, Texas. His duties with Ultimate included operational and sales control over two staffing offices, and a large on-site presence with one of the leading cooler manufacturers in the nation.

From late 2005 to November 2006, Mr. O’Donnell worked with Allegiance Staffing in Houston, Texas. While with Allegiance, he was instrumental in a 45% year over year growth for the company. His responsibilities of both sales and operations expanded from Houston to Dallas, Charlotte and Detroit.

Currently, Mr. O’Donnell is a partner with ACG and his strong executive focus is on the staffing and problem-solving portion of the business. Drawing upon his experience in all facets of staffing, coupled with a strong operational/problem solving background, he rounds out the partnership.
James Booth
James S. Booth has accumulated over 28 years of varied business experience, including over 14 years of Fortune 100 based financial, manufacturing, distribution, and fleet management experience, and 14 years of staffing industry experience.

In his work with several companies characterized in their respective industries as high performing, Mr. Booth has successfully implemented various participative, management team based cultures focused entirely on improvement of process and execution. Each of these companies has been a Malcolm Baldridge Award finalist, and been named in the “Top Ten Manufacturing Companies in the United States” by Industry Week Magazine in the early 90’s.

Mr. Booth grew up in Mississippi and earned a B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi in Banking and Finance. His experience in tactical, senior leadership and partner roles brings a unique depth of perspective to Accelerator Consulting Group.
Thomas Landry
Thomas J. Landry grew up in New England and graduated from the Stockbridge School of Agriculture at The University of Massachusetts. After college he moved to Texas to pursue a career in professional golf. In 1986 Mr. Landry was introduced to the staffing industry, starting a 20 year fascination.

During his career, Mr. Landry has served as a Sales Consultant, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and National Sales Manager before starting his own staffing business in 1992. Prior to opening his business, Mr. Landry initiated several innovations in the Industrial segment of the staffing industry that are widely accepted as best practices today, including holiday and vacation pay, three day hire process, 100% pre-employment drug screening and pre-hire background checks. Each of these staffing processes revolutionized the traditional contingent workforce model, elevating the quality of temporary employee and the level of staffing service provided.

More recently, Mr. Landry successfully organized the buyout of the Tandem Staffing franchise system, reorganized the group and co-founded the Allegiance Staffing brand. Today, Allegiance Staffing is widely recognized as one of the leaders in the contingency workforce space, due in large part to Mr. Landry's incessant focus on customer satisfaction and agency performance efficiency.

Mr. Landry has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Staffing for over ten years. In that role he has helped the association battle legislation that could potentially harm both the staffing industry and the end user client.

True to his passion for customer satisfaction, the formation of Accelerator Consulting Group is driven by his desire to help satisfy the unfulfilled client needs and to change the staffing industry by holding it accountable for staffing performance.
